The BWB laser series is a line of solid-state diode lasers and diode pumped solid-state lasers. Compact and self-contained, the BWB emits a pure TEM00 beam with diffraction limited performance and a typical M2 of 1.4. Available in UV (375 nm), violet (405 nm), and blue (440 & 475 nm). With variable power options, these modules are ideal for demanding applications, such as metrology, photoluminescence, printing, illumination, scanning, inspection, particle counting, and a variety of biomedical applications. These OEM laser modules maintain outstanding optical performance over a broad temperature range, guaranteeing minimal power fluctuations and virtually eliminating high frequency noise. It has the world’s smallest OEM controller with power consumption < 5 Watts. It has been qualified for use in some of the most demanding high-end instruments, with deployments in the tens of thousands of units.

The BWF-OEM fiber coupled high-power LD OEM Module is a compact integrated package of laser driver, thermal electric cooler, TEC controller and high-brightness fiber pigtailed LD at various wavelengths and power output of up to 2 W. All components are sealed inside an airtight, extrusion aluminum housing.
The module is powered by 5 VDC making it convenient for OEM applications. It also provides a TTL modulation port, which can be run at up to 100 KHz.
Available at 785nm, 808nm, 830nm and 976nm wavelenghts.
The CleanLaze® laser series is capable of maintaining a linewidth of less than 0.03nm (15GHz) in single transverse mode operation at 785nm.
The core part of this laser is a high-power broad-stripe laser diode with its output spectrum narrowed and stabilized using a novel cavity technology. Conventional external cavity lasers are both delicate and high in maintenance cost due to the inclusion of external reflective dispersive elements resulting in a long cavity length.

The BWF5 is a portable high power diode laser designed for applications requiring easy operation with fiber delivered high output power at certain wavelengths. With a microcontroller and color touch screen LCD, it provides intelligent safety features, ease of operation, and programmable operation settings.
The innovative fiber calibration port design makes it possible to accommodate a variety of fibers while providing well regulated and optimum output power via the fibers. The calibration mechanism also provides means of alerting operators about degraded or defective fibers.

Flex™ is the first all-in-one laser solution from B&W Tek. No more messy cables, driver boards, power supplies and laser heads cluttering up your laboratory table. Internal TE Coolers increase reliability over a temperature range of 10 to 35°C. The Flex™ is powered by a single AC 100 – 240VAC input which runs the internal low consumption (<40W) power supply, supplying a regulated universal DC output.
Each Flex™ comes standard with both RS232 and USB 2.0 plug-and-play interfaces and our easy to use software package. The Flex™ software allows full control over output power, base plate temperature, an hour meter to monitor laser usage, and TTL triggering control setup.

These systems provide up to 450 mW of continuous power and combine a high brightness glass fiber coupled to a laser diode with a thermoelectric cooler, heatsink, fan, power supply and component electronics all in one package.
Their unique design includes an external TTL modulation port (BNC connector). LCD display shows output as current values (mA). Fiber Pigtail at laser interface is not removable. Fiber uses non-epoxy high power connector with the industry standard termination for high power lasers.

The BWF2 Series is a compact turnkey fiber-coupled laser system providing up to 30 Watt of continuous power. Combined with a high brightness fiber-coupled laser diode, thermoelectric cooler, power supply and control electronics the BWF2 comes in one complete package. The system operates from standard wall plug line power.
The unique design of BWF2 includes features as visible (red or green) aiming beam, multifunctional relay controller for versatile laser operations, and a remote port for external modulation and control purpose.

The BWC-FL-1064 and BWC-FL-1085 Series are compact turnkey diode-pumped fiber laser systems. Depending on the model, they operate around 1064nm or 1085nm providing up to 10 Watts of continuous power.
It is a complete system containing the pump laser diode, fiber laser cavity, thermoelectric coolers, control electronics, and power supply.
